Hafod Las
Hafod Las is a single storey
semi-detached cottage adjacent to Pen Cefn Farm House and has the
benefit of double glazing and electric storage heating with supplementary
heating if required. This makes it suitable for all year round holidays and, as
with all our cottages, all electric and heating is included in the tariff.
It is all on ground level with an entrance through double
French windows to the front from a paved path and patio. All the doors open two
ways and are wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair comfortably.

The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of cupboard space
and work surfaces and a full size fridge and freezer, the floor has a tiled non
slip surface.
The bedroom
has a double bed with above bed wall light. There is a switch for both this
light and an additional switch for the main light beside the bed. Another light
with shaver point is above the dressing table. There is plenty of cupboard and
drawer space.
